Evaluation and selection process
Only applications submitted from regions located in Europe, through the online form available on this portal, in English, and received before the application deadline will be considered for evaluation and selection (eligibility criteria).
Applications will be assessed based on the maturity and feasibility of the proposed project, the motivation and capabilities of the applicant team, the project’s relevance, replicability, and potential regional impact, the urgency of the challenge being addressed, the commitment to knowledge sharing, and the potential to stimulate follow-on initiatives and broader adoption (selection criteria).
The Toyota Mobility Foundation has appointed Spilett New Technologies GmbH to administer the application and evaluation process. Evaluations will be conducted based on the information provided in the online application form. Where necessary, Spilett may contact applicants by email or telephone to clarify or request additional information.
Final selection decisions will be made by the Toyota Mobility Foundation, taking into consideration both the original application and the evaluation conducted by Spilett.
Submission of an application does not create any entitlement, expectation, or right to be selected, funded, or otherwise supported. The Toyota Mobility Foundation reserves sole and absolute discretion in evaluating and selecting applicants and may accept or reject any application for any reason or no reason.
